Free Essays on Example Of A Memorandum
Memorandum To:, General Manager From: Date: February 13, 2003 Subject: Proposal for a Public Affairs TV Talk Show ââ¬Å"blaghâ⬠Due to the growing issues surrounding Guam such as the possibility of war with Iraq and the effect it will have on our economy, there is a great demand to have an opinion based talk show where the residents of our island can voice their concerns and listen to what leaders and businessmen around our community are saying. Production Schedule And Costs Since we will be shooting the show in-house, we basically have everything we need with a few expenses. The total cost to produce and air ââ¬Å"blaghâ⬠will be around $7,000. The show will be aired weekly so we will shoot the show every Thursday at 6:00. We will begin post-production and we will edit the show every Friday morning so that the show will be ready to air on Sunday. We will need about $1,000 for the set. The editing will be done in-house so we will pay overtime to the employees if needed. I believe that this show will gain exceptional ratings therefore brin...
